GAZE UPON MY WORKS, YE MIGHTY AND DESPAIR:

Welcome to my web1.0-ass blog where the links don’t work and nothing matters. The backend of this server is running in golang using htmx to minimize requests because I’m running it on a fucking OLD core-i7 4770k chip. The phrase “Lateral thinking with withered technology” has become my mantra lately since I want to see how much I can accomplish with the pile of ancient hardware I’ve accrued over the years.

If you click the hamburger menu above, you’ll see my blog posts which are created using a conversion from .docx files to html files and piped into this main page using htmx-GET requests. This page and its design will be available on github once they’ve reached a level of maturity I’m comfortable with publishing. I’ve pieced all of this together with a mix of my barely-competent programming skills and a big serving of help from a locally hosted LLM chat server, primarily using IBM’s Granite 3.3.
